Can someone recommend Axis For Eclipse plugin

I would really appreciate a recommendation for a plugin for Eclipse
3.0.1 or 3.1M4 that allows me to build Axis web services more easily.

 

The IBM and Lomboz teams seem to be working together to get there
someday but their initial contribution doesn't work fully, so I am
looking this group's recommendation.
