### Please describe the bug 🐞
On the Flink 2.2 and 2.3 connectors, `SHOW MATERIALIZED TABLES` fails in the Fluss catalog. This also affects the 1.0.0 release.
```sql
CREATE TABLE src (a INT, b STRING);
CREATE MATERIALIZED TABLE mt FRESHNESS = INTERVAL '30' SECOND AS SELECT a, b FROM src;
SHOW MATERIALIZED TABLES;
-- java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: listMaterializedTables(String) is not implemented for class org.apache.fluss.flink.catalog.FlinkCatalog.
```
Flink 2.2 added `Catalog#listMaterializedTables` for this statement (FLINK-38312). The interface's default implementation throws, and `FlinkCatalog` doesn't override it.
### Solution
Implement `listMaterializedTables` in `FlinkCatalog`. It lists the tables in the database and keeps those whose custom properties carry the `materialized-table.*` keys. It fetches the table infos in parallel. The method is declared without `@Override`, so `fluss-flink-common` still compiles against Flink 1.20.
