pleas epost questions like this on the developers mailing list. But you just jumped in at a bad time because xwork was just released (so now the version is 2.1.6-SNAPSHOT), but struts has not being updated yet.

Sorry, but when I try performing the command 'mvn install' on the struts2 project, I get this error:
[ERROR] BUILD ERROR

Try downloading the file manually from the project website.
Then, install it using the command:

So I need to checkout the sources of xwork on (http://svn.opensymphony.com/svn/xwork/trunk).
There are another project I need to checkout? There are a documentation about it? Because I thought the maven get all of dependencies that I needed.

Resolution: Not A Problem
Thanks for reporting but this not a problem. If you checkout struts from svn, you will have to also checkout xwork and build it, as Struts depends on xwork snapshots for development, before a release is made, this reference is updated pointing to the latest xwork release,
