Apache ServiceComb (incubating) Team is glad to announce the release of Apache ServiceComb Incubating Java-Chassis 1.0.0-m2.  
  
Apache ServiceComb (incubating) Java Chassis(https://github.com/apache/incubator-servicecomb-java-chassis) is a Software Development Kit (SDK) for rapid development of microservices in Java, providing service registration, service discovery, dynamic routing, circuit-breaker, rate-limiting, handler chains and service management features.
