Alphabetical index showing entries in italics
I would like to propose the following formatting enhancement to Alphabetical
Indexes:
Allow the user to apply character styles to any part of the entry in the
"Insert Index Entry" window. This is necessary to allow, for example, italics
to be applied to book and journal titles etc. Please see fig. 1, attached —
note the italicised text.
Also allow the user to subsequently edit the formatted text as required — just
as s/he can do with ordinary entries.
