Forrest version for website-update.html

Hello devs,

Which version did the author of 
http://cocoon.apache.org/lenya/community/website-update.html used?

I was not able so far to build successfully against newest SVN of 
forrest. So if I know which version was used to do the update I can ask 
the guys from forrest what the known problem of a update from that 
version to newest SVN head.

Please let me know which version we used!

I consider to update the site ASAP if not with latest SVN head then with 
the old version, because like Rolf stated we *HAVE TO* update as soon as 
possible!

I have two versions on my machine, at least one of them
should work:

* CVS 2003-09-22
* apache-forrest-0.4-bin
