[Axis2] Simple Http Server Service listing missing???

Hi all,
There was a nice feature in Axis2 which listed the services in the browser
when using the SimpleHttpServer...
For an example when i have setup the simple http server in port 8081, I can
get a list of services deployed in it by pointing my web browser to
http://localhost:8081/axis2/services..
This became very useful to me in the early stages of development in
Kandula..
To my surprise when I checked it today, it was not there... Wondering what
happened to it....
Having such a feature makes our life very easy when it comes to debugging..
I want it back :((.
 Thanks,
~Thilina
