Unable to deploy service using AdminClient utility in apache axis 1.1 .
Java org.apache.axis.client.AdminClient deploy.wsdd is showing
java.lang.Exception : FIXME
Whereas the same file(Service Java file) if placed under axis folder with .jws
extension is working fine and we are able to access the wsdl.
Please suggest.

That looks like an Axis issue to me. Axis issues can be created at
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS
