Log:
removing the synapse.bat and renaming the run-synapse-service.bat to synapse.bat (synapse.bat causes the input path too long error when running itself, so removed that and using the wrapper approach as the default on windows) - step 1

Removed:
    webservices/synapse/branches/1.1.1/src/main/bin/synapse.bat
