Remember the Apache mission: "Open source software for the public good"

1.) Patience, Compassion, Collaboration, Courage, Candor

2.) Diversity and Inclusion aims to increase participation in all phases of Apache projects and broaden our collaborative base for problem finding and problem solving.  We do so by measuring and publishing the current make up of our communities, and using that information to look for missed opportunities.
