Steps to demonstrate:

1. launch AOO Writer
2. choose menu 'Tools > Bibliography Database'
   ("Bibliography Database" window appears)
3. choose menu 'Tools > Filter'
   ("Standard Filter" dialog appears)

   Notice that mouse pointer has changed the look from "Normal Select" 
   to"Busy".

   "Normal Select" comes back when mouse pointer is e.g.
   in "Standard Filter" dialog.

4. close the dialog.
5. click the Standard Filter button (icon) near the top of the window
   ("Standard Filter" dialog appears)

   Notice that mouse pointer has changed the look from "Normal Select"
   to "Busy".

   "Normal Select" comes back when mouse pointer is e.g.
   in "Standard Filter" dialog.

Issue observed in both AOO 4.1.7 and AOO 4.2.0-dev
