Why so many jars in Common

I was wondering why there are so many more jars in common in the release
of Tomcat 4.0 than is mentioned in the Docs?

I have moved for example jaxp.jar and crimson.jar in the sever/lib dir
rather than common/lib. Now the server/lib is not mentioned in the docs, I
assume these libs are only used by tomcat? Does this sound reasonable?

XML jars is an issue for us as we need to be able to seperate the XML
stuff used by the app server and the app. This is one of the main reasons
we are gining 4.0 a try.

Cheers,

Terrence
