Status update.

At this point, test-patch supports (with varying degrees of quality):
* Bug Systems: JIRA, Github
* Build systems: ant, gradle, maven
* Languages: bash, java, perl, python, ruby, scala
* Projects: bigtop, flink, hadoop, hbase, kafka, pig, samza, tajo, tez
* Test file output formats: JUnit, TAP

Given that we're looking at using make for our own builds, we should probably start work on adding that. :)
