[PR] [core] Introduce data-file.path-directory [paimon]

JingsongLi opened a new pull request, #4672:
URL: https://github.com/apache/paimon/pull/4672

<!-- Please specify the module before the PR name: [core] ... or [flink] ... -->

   ### Purpose

<!-- Linking this pull request to the issue -->
Specify the path directory of data files.

Duckdb Iceberg connector may rely on files placed in the `root/data` directory, while Paimon is usually placed directly in the `root` directory, so you can configure this parameter for the table to achieve compatibility: `'data-file.path-directory' = 'data'`.

<!-- What is the purpose of the change -->

   ### Tests

<!-- List UT and IT cases to verify this change -->

   ### API and Format

<!-- Does this change affect API or storage format -->

   ### Documentation

<!-- Does this change introduce a new feature -->
