The email address which you use when sending the email to 
user-unsubscribe@ant.apache.org has to be the email
address which is subscribed.
Have a look at all the headers of the email which you received, there is 
a header return path.

where nnnn mailuser and domain are variable

the unsubscribe email should be sent by mailuser@domain.

I guess you are subscribed under another email address which forwards 
the emails to the account you are using in daily life.
