Why we have wso2-openstack-init.sh?

Guys,

Is this by mistake? We shouldn't ideally have IaaS dependent names for the
scripts, if not it is of absolute necessity.

+1. Let's make the init scripts independent of IaaS. It seems there is
nothing prevent that making it general.
