   `#closeAndCleanupAllData` should only be called by the `ClusterEntrypoint` which transitions the executed `ExecutionGraph` into a globally terminal state. This should only be possible for the current leader. If the leader changes after the `ExecutionGraph` has reached a globally terminal state, then the new leader should not start the execution. At the moment, this is not guaranteed to not happen.
