[OT] Identity Theft sucks.
I got pinched. Some jerk-off in toronto used my name, dob, and sin (ssn for
you yanks) number in June to obtain a cell phone. Now I have a collections
agent on my case.
Get your credit report on a regular basis! Although in this case it wouldna
helped me as Bell Canada is too dumb to even check credit reports.
I'm now up to my eyeballs in registered letters/police reports/etc.

After the inital scare the reality of the massive administartive burdon sets
in.
Could be weeks (months? gulp.) before everything is cleared up.
