Warning: Xcode12 breaks apr* and httpd

The upgrade from Xcode11 -> Xcode12 has been reported to break builds for APR and httpd... Issues seem to be some sort of forced C99 compliance and not discovering IPv6 capability.

I'm not upgrading anytime soon so no idea how bad it is.
