I have missed the corresponding Axis2 files in my later Axis2 commit..
Apologies for the mistake.. Thanks for applying a quick fix..

It's a progressive change which will have the appropriate changes in
Axis2 soon..
Even though I missed the comment, I'm sure the use of the new
parameter can be inferred by  looking at it's name "charSetEncoding"
:)
