Seems to be a trivial timing issue from repeatedly trying to shut down the singleton CommitLog.instance.

Simple patch to @BeforeClass it instead of @Before with a trivial change to close the startup pre-allocate hole.

Interestingly enough, CommitLogStressTest currently passes on Windows but I could reproduce the failure on Linux.
