[jira] [Updated] (RANGER-1390) The user login process, as well as spring supports internationalization

Qiang Zhang updated RANGER-1390:
--------------------------------
    Description:
We use Spring-security in Ranger to validate the information when we log in the system and it will return some message during the process.
Since spring-security supports internationalization but Ranger doesn't support it, it will display some garbled code when the login information can't match the validation.
