[jira] [Commented] (CB-11650) themeable webview
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-11650?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=15410719#comment-15410719 ]
Kerri Shotts commented on CB-11650:
-----------------------------------
Personally my opinion is that such functionality should remain a third-party plugin. Not everyone needs to modify how the inappbrowser looks, and adding such features to the core plugin only increases the test surface on every supported platform.

> It would be really cool if was a way to style/theme the in app browser. For example, if someone wanted to build an in app browser experience similar to what facebook/pinterest/google/twitter have in there app which looks like:

> I have found this project https://github.com/initialxy/cordova-plugin-themeablebrowser which lets you implement some styling. Though the code base only supports implementing styling on one toolbar. It also looks like it is not actively maintained anymore.
> What do you guys think? How hard would it be to build something like this?
