[Sandesha2] Sandesha2 branch for Axis2 1.1

Hi All,

As we agreed previously I have created a Sandesha2 branch to go parallel
with the Axis2 1.1 branch.
It is available at
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/webservices/sandesha/branches/sandesha2/java/1_1/

>From now on please make sure that you do your commits to  both the branch
and the trunk appropriately.
