Every once in a while, the admin view does not allow me to use cluster association.  

STR:
1. Try go to create view (capacity scheduler in this case) and select "associate with local ambari managed cluster"
2. Hit Save

Result:
- Pop-up shows "Cannot create instance The instance has invalid properties." indicating that I need to fill out the custom fields.

I believe this is a UI issue.
