www.apache.org/dist/: remove 1.3a1 releases?
There's still a 1.3a1 release in /dist. Shouldn't it be removed now that
1.3b2 has been announced and is in index.html?

The README in dist/ probably needs an upgrade to 1.3b2 too. (And the
<BODY> tag in HEADER could be enhanced to the apache standard colors or a
CSS reference).

No, but it should be moved to the appropriate place under the "old"
directory.
