[I] [Feature Request]: Project Explorer collapses/resets when opening a pipeline or workflow (tree state is lost) (hop)

CarlosJuncher03 opened a new issue, #6249:

   ### What would you like to happen?
   
   When opening a file from the Project Explorer (e.g., a pipeline or workflow), the navigation tree collapses/resets and loses its expanded state. This forces the user to re-navigate the full folder path every time a file is opened, significantly hurting usability and productivity.
   
   Actual result:
   The Project Explorer collapses/resets (often back to the top), losing expanded folders and context. The user must re-expand folders and follow the same path again.
   
   Expected result:
   The navigation tree should preserve state (expanded folders, current selection, and scroll position) after opening pipelines/workflows.
