Service not installed but no error given using Cold Fusion

Summary: Service not installed but no error given using Cold
                    Fusion
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.39
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: All
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: stevew@uis.net

If you upgrade to the latest version the install goes fine after removing the
previous release but upon looking at the services installed you see there were
none installed.
I found my problem by trying to run the Apache suggestion of:
bin\Apache -k install
This told me that the jrun module was not the correct one for this version of
Apache.
I didn't find any resolution yet to run Cold Fusion MX with the latest version
so I had to resort back to the previous release.
