The file https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/foundation/members.txt seems to be the canonical list of ASF members.

As such it would be useful to have a sanitised version of the list available publicly. It would probably be sufficient to list availid and public name for current members, though it might be useful to include emeritus members as well.
