A patch from Christian Carlow for "Error when adding quantity less than 1 but greater than 0 to cart" https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-5941
This error occurs when attempting to add, for instance, an item with quantity 0.1 to the shopping cart: "Quantity must be a positive number"
