[beanutils] Working towards a 1.8.1 bug fix release

Theres been a few bugs fixed in BeanUtils since 1.8.0 was released a
year ago and I would like to do a bug fix release. Just have three
open bugs left to work through and decide what to do - so hopefully in
the next week or two we might be in a position to create a BeanUtils
1.8.1 release candidate..
