ISAPI redirector fails to save data

When I'm trying to upload data to my application through ISAPI filter 
(isapi_redirector2.dll, I use IIS 5.0 on Win2k) and save info from an octed 
stream to a file, the file comes wrong. When I'm trying to connect to Tomcat 
directly the problem does not occur. Also the problem absents during the usage 
of an old ajp13 connector and ISAPI filter isapi_redirect.dll.
