Performance Problem

A while back I had very slow performance the first time I ran a transformation using Websphere 3.02. In succeeding times it worked fine.

I found out what was causing this -- the default Websphere path (in the admin.config file) includes the older LotusXSL and IBMJ4 parser. When I replaced those with the current versions it runs like a top.
