Log:
Moved cpe descriptor for CPE pear test to uimaj-cpe project
(was in uimaj-core).  When running unit tests Maven does not
permit accessing the unit tests and resources of dependent 
projects.  Such a setup will run in Eclipse but not at the 
command line.
