   [The current docs build is throwing warnings](https://github.com/apache/trafficcontrol/actions/runs/1929867324) because of [a malformed table on the Delivery Services overview page](https://github.com/apache/trafficcontrol/blob/2e5c108ea06b932ecfeb824d8684ab13a0e9fb52/docs/source/overview/delivery_services.rst?plain=1#L990) introduced in #6585 is failing to render - as can be seen in [the current documentation hosted on ReadTheDocs](https://traffic-control-cdn.readthedocs.io/en/latest/overview/delivery_services.html#use-multi-site-origin-feature). This PR fixes that, consolidates the Parameters used by Delivery Service Profiles into their dedicated section, and fixes a few other grammatical, spelling, and formatting issues.
   
   One that's a bit widespread is fixing occurrences of the misspelling "cachegroup(s)" of "Cache Group(s)" and converting those to also be term links.
