Modifying roles should not affect the update of the policy version. After removing this code, apart from not impacting the original authorization and authentication, what's important is that the impact of this code on performance has been verified in the production environment: After modifying the roles dozens of times, after a certain period, the P50 of the client's policy retrieval has decreased from dozens of seconds to the millisecond level.
