          Issue ID: 124861

Screenshot of the Print dialog after clicking the "Preferences" button

When trying to configure printer (by clicking the button in the "Print"
dialog), the "Preferences" button disappears. The button is actually marked
"Właściwości", as it is the Polish language version that I'm using. The
mentioned printer is a HP DesignJet Plotter, driver version 7.10, english.
After closing the "Print" dialog and opening it again, the "Preferences" button
is there again, until you click it. On my computer I also have three different
printers installed. For them, the "Preferences" button works OK. However if the
button disappears while trying to configure the DesignJet, it's also
unavailable for other printers until the Print dialog is reopened. In other
applications like Adobe Acrobat Viewer, or XnView the DesignJet can be reliably
configured and works with no problems.

--- Comment #2 from Pawel Mroczkowski <pm...@pmroczko.nazwa.pl> ---
Hello Rainer!

I tried to use the file -> Print Settings option but didn't get any results.
Can't recall the exact behaviour, but it didn't work. I'll try to describe it
in more detail as soon as I'm back at work (I'm using Draw at my workplace).

Thanks for looking and have a nice day

Pawel

Hello!

OK, some additional information:

When using the file -> Print settings dialog, when I chose the HP DesignJet
from the list, the "Properties" button is grayed out, and the "Options..."
button is inactive. Hope it helps, have a nice day

NOT reproducible with server installation of "AOO 4.1.0-dev – English UI /
German locale - [AOO410m14(Build:9760) - Rev. 1583418_2014-04-02]" on German
WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile, Samsung CLX 3185 and
several other printers.

I will do some additional tests later

@Pawel:
