Bug in crimson org.apache.crimson.parser.InputEntity class

Hi!
I think I found a bug in this class. I was parsing an xml file and suddenly a InternalError arised ( "fillbuf", line 545).
The problem was that the last element of the buffer was a ']' and the code fails in that case.

Could you send me the exact input file and a simple program that
reproduces the problem so I can reproduce and fix it?
