JDK requirements

Hi,

My Collegue has just spotted this "Tapestry requires JDK 1.4" in Kevin's
updated tutorial.

Could someone please assure me that this is not so!

Unfortunately for us we've got to make do with Oracle's oc4j from 9iAS, and
this requires 1.3
If tapestry will break in 1.3 we've got problems, please let it not be so!

d.

Thanks for pointing this out. I was under the impression that Tap3
required 1.4 and was shown I was wrong. I have updated the Tutorial and
will upload the new version to my website today.

No, Tpaestry does not require JDK 1.4. I have 3 different apps running
on Tomcat 4.0.4 on JDK 1.3.1_04.
