You're right. I think the questionmarks at the end of each topic are
responsible. Btw, it does work in the View-mode in Confluence, just not on
the FAQ page directly.

Since the TOC is automatically generated I see two options:

- possible bug in Confluence? Maybe an update is available
- don't use questionmarks.. &#63; (HTML questionmark) doesn't work
unfortunately

It looks like alot of the links in the FAQ have a "%3F" at the end of
the link, and therefore when you click the link, nothing happens.

"Mina" is also slang in Argentina for a cute girl or "babe" which
doesn't make any sense because mina in Spanish means "mine" (like a coal
mine) or "lead".  How they associated that with a hot babe I may never
know. :)
