If you try to submit a task at /nf/admin/task_manager/new it doesn't let you set c.project to a user-project.  E.g. if you enter `/u/brondsem` you get `Invalid project: brondsem`.  I suspect this is because of the "u/" prefix on user-project's shortnames.
