[https://groovy-lang.org/install.html#_installation_on_windows] links to [https://docs.groovy-lang.org/latest/html/documentation/TODO-Windows+NSIS-Installer] which is a todo. It's insanely hard to find a windows installer after Bintray was absorbed by JFrog and broke all download links which can be found elsewhere. I'm trying to download for 45 Minutes.
