Website update

I did the SVN reorganization to move uima-website under site/trunk,
and I checked out the generated html files to people.apache.org.  So
the new website (including my instructions on how to build UIMA)
should be live in a few hours.

If you have uima-website checked out, please delete it and check out
from its new location.
