Next bunch for WVCM. New:
- upgraded to newer version of WVCM API
- doUpdate, doUncheckout
- support for BIND (!!! not yet standard !!!)
- support for XPATH-based DASL queries (!!! not yet standard !!!)
- support for Object-valued attributes (!!! not yet standard !!!)
- ProviderFactory.Callback.getAuthentication() is now called for each WebDAV request
