Test cases in {{upgrade-snapshot-check.robot}} that cover finalized state duplicate some regular robot tests from {{snapshot-sh.robot}}.

Problems:
 * for upgrade test it causes code duplication
 * for non-upgrade test it performs similar steps twice, leading to longer test execution time
