The second patch removes some TODOs and enabled resource refresh in Eclipse. The previously commented out code worked for me.
With this patch the code works as expected but I've noticed two changes which are not properly handled.
# A component changes from metaType = true to metaType = false and the metatype descriptor is not deleted
# A java class is no longer a component ( e.g. @Component annotation removed ) but the metatype and component descriptors are not removed
However, I'm not sure if we can detect these changes at all, since we don't have the previous build state.
