We are currently silently ignoring the exceptions that occur when looking up the class loaders in ResourceServlet_getResourceLoader(). We need to log the exception and also log the cause if there is one so that we get a good stack trace of the actual source of the exception.

The NoSuchMethodException catch block is an expected code path, so we shouldn't be logging an exception in that catch block.
