This seems to happen in servers.sh script. There are 2 running from stop-dcs.sh script. I kill both, and then the shut-down continues.
It may be that dcs-daemon.sh is called from servers.sh, and dcs-deamon.sh is in a loop
Here is output, where it was stuck for 15 minutes until I killed the processes:

Have not seen this in a while, will close it...can reopen if we see this issue again.
