Closing this as a duplicate of MAPREDUCE-6404. There has been progress on that jira and none on this one

It'd be nice to reuse yarn.app.mapreduce.am.job.client.port-range to place a port range restriction on MR AM web server, so that connection from outside the cluster can be restricted within a range of ports.
