Avalon discontinuing support for Testlet

Due to the overlap in scope of Testlet and JUnit, and
the fact that JUnit has more support and better tools,
the Avalon Team have decided to discontinue the Testlet
project.

This has no immediate impact on Cocoon, but in the
future look to see Avalon Component tests cases in affect
as well as better implementations of pools.
